1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. They are how we keep you signed in securely while you move around MY AI Accountant.

2. The cookies we set

• access_token — essential. A secure, httpOnly session cookie that proves who you are. It lasts about 15 minutes and renews automatically while you use the service.
• refresh_token — essential. A secure, httpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in between visits for up to 7 days, so you do not have to log in every time.

Both cookies are strictly necessary for the service to work. They are never readable by other websites and are sent only over encrypted connections.

3. Your cookie choices

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you choose "Accept all" or "Essential only". Because we set no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, either choice gives you the same private experience — your preference is stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again.

4. Passwords and cookies

We never store your password in a cookie, or anywhere else we can read — only a secure one-way hash. If your browser offers to remember your login details, that is a feature of your browser and is controlled entirely in your browser's settings, not by us.

5. Managing cookies
